    1.2 About Per-Migration and Per-Workload Licensing Portability Suite licenses are sold on a per-migration or per-workload basis. A per-migration license entitles you to perform a specific number of migrations, used on an unlimited number of workloads. Each time a migration is performed, the Conversions remaining number is decremented.
