    Quick start guide 3. Before you turn on your phone Take the back cover off Hold your phone securely. Pull from the gap on the top panel as shown. Carefully remove the back cover. Insert the SIM card Insert the SIM card with its gold contacts facing down and its cut-off corner facing out from the slot.
