    Quick start guide 3. Before you turn on your phone Take the back cover off Hold the device securely with one hand and the back panel facing you. Gently push the speaker with your thumb until the back cover disengages from the device. Carefully pull the back cover to remove it.

The exposed copper contacts should be on the right when you insert the battery. Push the battery all the way in. Insert the microSD card Insert the microSD card into the slot with its gold contacts facing down.
