Fuel system
11. Wait until CO tester shows a concentration of
exhaust gas at idle speed.
See Page 25-15 for adjusting data.
Repeat procedure. if necessary.
12. Install air cleaner again and recheck idle speed
and CO content.
Caution
Adjustments must be completed as quickly as
possible to prevent overheating the intake ports.
REMOVING AND INSTALLING AUXILIARY AIR VALVE
1. Remove air cleaner.
2. Loosen clamps and disconnect hoses.
3. Pull off electric plug connectors.
4. Loosen fillister head screws and remove
auxiliary air valve.
