VENTING INSTALLATION A B-type venting system must be connected to the appliance for venting to the outside of the building. The following section is provided as a guide to a standard B-type vent installation. INSTALLATION WALL SWITCH INSTALLATION The installation of a wall switch allows you to activate the gas control valve without the normal household electricity since the valve operates on millivolt current supplied by the heat generated by the thermopile. To adjust the doors, slide them partially open. Using a screw- driver, loosen the hold-down screws in the spring clip (see Fig- ure 36) and pivot plate.
