canʼt supply original replacement part(s), call
DESA Industries at 1-905-826-8010.
When calling DESA Industries, have ready:
• your name and address
• model and serial numbers of your heater
• how heater was malfunctioning
• purchase date
In most cases, we will ask you to return the defec-
tive part to the factory.
