Setting up friends manually

You manually update your list of friends by editing the entries
one-by-one. For example, if you receive an e-mail from a friend
whose address is not in your address book, you can manually add
their e-mail address right away. The easiest way to do this is to
use the Anti-Spam toolbar. If you do not use the Anti-Spam
toolbar, you must specify your friend's information.
Add a friend from the Anti-Spam toolbar
If you are using Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail,
Eudora™, or Thunderbird e-mail programs, you can add friends
directly from the Anti-Spam toolbar.
