11 Security settings

11.1 Enabling the UIM card PIN

Open the Settings list.

Touch Location & security > Set up UIM/RUIM card lock.
2.
Touch Lock UIM/RUIM card, and enter the default UIM card PIN using the onscreen

Touch OK.
4.
Emergency calls can be placed at any time, without entering a PIN.

11.2 Changing the UIM card PIN

Open the Settings list.
1.
Touch Location & security > Set up UIM/RUIM card lock.
2.
Touch Change UIM/RUIM PIN, and enter the old UIM card PIN using the onscreen
