6.5 Viewing Message Folders
Each messaging account has a set of folders in which your
Smartphone stores messages for that account.

You can move a message to a different folder within the
same account.
When you synchronise or send and receive E-mail, your
Smartphone synchronises any additional E-mail folders that
you have created in Outlook on your desktop computer or
on your E-mail server. It also synchronises the messages
contained in those folders, if the folders are marked for
synchronization.
To view message folder contents:
1. Select Messaging from the Start menu.
2. Select the desired account (E-Mail, MMS, SMS, etc.) to
3. Select Folders from the menu to display the list of folders
4. Select the folder to display its contents.
Deleted Items contains messages that you have deleted
(until you empty this folder).
Drafts contains messages that you save before
sending.
Inbox contains received messages.
Outbox contains sent E-mail messages awaiting
synchronization, or messages that will be sent upon the
next E-mail server connection. SMS messages are sent
immediately over the network and appear in your SMS
Outbox folder only for a few seconds.
Sent Items contains copies of sent messages.
