Panasonic Telephone Accessory/Product Warranty
Panasonic Canada Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in
material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect.
This warranty covers one (1) year labour and one (1) year parts from the
date of original purchase. Rechargeable batteries are warranted for 90
days. Audio Tapes and Dry Cell Batteries are warranted for ten days.
Parts may be replaced under this warranty with new or comparable
remanufactured parts.
This warranty does not apply to products which are purchased outside of
the boundaries of Canada or to any product which has been improperly
installed, subjected to usage for which the product was not designed,
misuse or abuse, shipping damage, or which has been altered or repaired
in any way that affects the reliability or detracts from the performance, nor
does it cover any product which is used commercially.
WARRANTY SERVICE
IN WARRANTY service can be obtained by delivering your product to an
Authorized Panasonic Servicentre. To locate an Authorized Panasonic
Servicentre, refer to your dealer or the directory of Authorized Servicentres
packed with each product. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of
original purchase will be required before warranty service is performed.
IF YOU SHIP THE PRODUCT TO A SERVICENTRE
Carefully pack and send prepaid, adequately insured and preferably
in the original carton. Include details of complaint and proof of date of
original purchase.
STATUTORY WARRANTIES
The provisions of this warranty are in addition to and not a modification of
or subtraction from the statutory warranties and other rights and remedies
contained in any applicable legislation.
