Parking brake

prevent the vehicle from rolling when
parked. It operates against the rear wheels.
The brake warning lamp lights up
when the parking brake is engaged;
if you start driving, an acoustic sig-

Excessive pressure can lead to overbraking
and loss of traction – fishtailing – at the rear
