When using Windows 3.11, changes to the resolution in the system by using the Galileo
control panel. To access the control panel,
1. Start Windows.
In the Main program group, open the Control Panel icon.

Open the panel called Galileo to view the graphics system control panel.

The Galileo control panel provides five buttons that you can select to either make changes
to the graphics configuration or get information about the graphics system. When you click
on any of the buttons, a menu or information screen appears.

NEC Backup Utility

NEC Backup is a utility that makes Microsoft Backup easier to use. It helps you start up the
proper backup procedure. When you choose a backup option, NEC Backup runs Microsoft
Backup with the proper configuration file for your choice.
NEC Backup gives you two backup options:

Full Backup
recommends that you select this option when you first start up your system. Full
Backup provides you with a copy of all of the software on the system as it was
delivered to you.

Incremental Backup
changed since the last backup. Use this option between Full Backups to retrieve
only the few files that have changed during the normal operation of your
computer.
Incremental Backup is fast, takes only a few diskettes and usually gets your most
important files (the ones that you have changed) rather than every miscellaneous
file on your drive).
Use this option to back up all of the files on your hard disk. NEC
CAUTION: Perform a Full Backup
immediately. This procedure provides the only
way to restore your system in the event of a hard
disk failure.
