Setting Up the Phone

Attach one end of the coiled phone cord (A) to the handset phone jack, identified by a handset icon,
at the back of the phone. Attach the other end of the phone cord to the handset (B). Connect the
USB cable from the phone (C) to the PC that is running Office Communicator 2007 R2.

Placing a Call

Using Microsoft Office Communicator
Select the desired number from the contact list and click the handset icon to the right of the
contact's name.
Using the Key Pad
Pick up the phone handset and dial the desired number followed by the "#" key from the keypad.

Answering a Call

Pick up the phone handset from the cradle.

Ending a Call

Return the handset to the cradle.

Muting the Microphone

Press the mute key. The display button will light to indicate the microphone is muted. Press the mute key
again to unmute the microphone.
