If you are using a Bluetooth mouse or keyboard, try moving it further away from

the computer to which the MAX-506 USB dongle is attached in order to minimize
any possible interference. Then disconnect and reconnect the MAX-506.
If the problem continues, contact your product vendor.

4.3 Internet Access

I cannot access the Internet.
Check the hardware connections, and make sure the LED is behaving as expected.
