Use this menu to select the tone that the phone
sounds when you open or close the phone.

Use this menu to customise time alert feature.
Setting your phone to sound an alert every
hour on the hour
1. From the Time alert menu, select Periodic.
2. Specify the following options:
• Alarm tone: activate the hour alert
feature.
• Periode: enter the time period for the
phone to sound the hour alert.
• At every minute: set the time when the
phone will sound.
3. Press <OK>.
Activating the verval time check feature
The phone alerts you to current time audibly.
Press and hold [+] when the phone is closed.
From the Time alert menu, select Current. →
On.
Silent mode
(Menu 8.4.7)
Use this menu to set how the phone acts to
alert you to a specific event while in Silent
mode.
Extra tones
(Menu 8.4.8)
Use this menu to customise additional tones for
the phone.
• Minute minder: set the phone to beep
every minute during an outgoing call to keep
you informed of the length of your call.
• Connection tone: set the phone to beep
when an outgoing call connects to the
system.
