Use this Pointer tool to
click and create Handles
the Curve or Line. To
remove the handle, drag it
off the graph.
Instead of dragging the Gamma handle, you can also directly enter the appropriate
Gamma value in the edit box. Dragging points on the curve to a Gamma value above
1.00, will lighten the dark tones. Dragging points on the curve to a Gamma value
below 1.00 will darken the light tones

Appearance of curve if Method chosen is " Line"
Use this Magnifying Glass tool to zoom
in and out a particular segment of the
Curve or Line. Once a segment is
zoomed in, you can then use the Pointer
tool to create Handles with better
precision. This is particularly useful for
working with 12-bit images which
require a more detailed tonal
manipulation.

" Gamma"
Zoom level (%)
Use this Pane tool to pan through
zoomed in Curve or Line. This tool is
applicable only when the Curve or
Line has been zoomed in.
