The front panel contains LED indicators that show the status
of the unit.

STATUS Green

ON RX3041 is powered on.
OFF RX3041 is powered off.
ON Link is established.
BLINKING Link is established, and data is being
transmitted or received.
ON Link is established.
BLINKING Link is established, and data is being
transmitted or received
ON The device is hung.
