BATTERIES
The Dance Mat party works with 4 AA 1.5V
This toy must only be used with the specifi ed batteries.
BATTERY INSTALLATION
1. The toy must be set in the OFF position.
2. Use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment door, located at the back of the unit.
3. Place the batteries inside and follow the polarity as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment.
5. Start the game by pressing the ON button.
Do not use rechargeable batteries. Do not charge the batteries. Take the batteries out of the unit before charging them. Charge the batteries only under adult supervision. Do
not mix different types of batteries, or new and old batteries. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity. Exhausted batteries should be removed. Do not short circuit
the supply terminals. Use only specifi ed batteries.
Do not throw batteries into fi re. If the toy is not being used for a length of time, remove the batteries.
When the sound is weak or when the game does not react, please think about changing the batteries.
If your unit malfunctions, stop the game by selecting the OFF position, then switch it On again to restart. If this does not help, take the batteries out of the compartment and then
replace them, this procedure will RESET your product.
INSTRUCTIONS
DANCE MAT:
1. Make sure that the surface of the Dance Mat is clean before use.
2. To avoid slipping, you could stick it to the ground using double sided tape.
3. Connect the scart plug or the yellow and red jacks to the corresponding locations on your TV.
4. Press the AV (Video) button of your remote control.
5. Press the Dance Mat « ON » button.
GAMES:
For all games, you need to be positioned in the centre of the Dance Mat.
Dancing game:
- « Start » and « Select » buttons are located at the upper corners of the mat. « Start » activates the selected dancing session, and « Select » selects which game is to be
played.
- Use !" arrows to select a game mode.
- Use !" arrows to select the level of diffi culty. The « feet » symbols represent the levels of diffi culty. The more feet, the more diffi cult it is.
- Choose the dance type and press Start to begin.
- There are 10 different melodies and 3 levels of diffi culty. Press #$ arrows to select the music. Choose a level of diffi culty and press « Start ».
- During the game, use !"#$ to reproduce the dance steps.
- Wait for 5 to 8 seconds for the arrow to appear. To add points, the player must follow the music rhythm and follow the arrows appearing on the screen.
- When an arrow appears on the screen, the player must press on the corresponding arrow on the Dance Mat.
- There are 5 different scores : PERFECT – VERY GOOD – GOOD – BAD – VERY BAD. The score appears at the end of a game. The best score is saved.
- Press « Start » to start again or « Select » to leave the game mode and return to the main menu.
Bricks game and Pinball:
- Select one of the games. Press « Start » to begin.
- For the Bricks game, use #$ arrows to move the brick to the left or right. Press the A or B button to change the orientation of the brick, press " to accelerate the fall of
the brick.
- For the Pinball game, press « Select » to choose a level of diffi culty then press «Start ». Press A to release the ball. Use #$ arrows to hit the ball to the left and right.
Note: Press On/Off to return to the main menu, after a game of Bricks game or Pinball.
