Power Supply Voltage and Output Load Power Supply Voltage Do not connect an AC power supply to the Sensor. If AC pow- er (100 VAC or more) is supplied to the Sensor, it may ex- plode or burn. Make sure that the power supply to the Sensor is within the rated voltage range.
