To adjust a gain greater than +18 dB (gain reserve):
Adjust a level of +18 dB.
Turn the jog dial to the right and hold it in this position for 3 seconds.
The next higher value (+21 dB) appears. The audio output level is
increased. Using this gain reserve also increases the headphone output
level.
