The AUP240B class-D power amplifier features switching power supply, a technology that offers minimal power consumption and efficiency up to 85%. The AUP240B has a rated output power of 240W and can be used with a mixer or preamplifier to set up a public address system. The loudspeaker outputs, both high impedance 100V and low impedance 8 Ohm, allow you to meet both PA fixed installation and Hi-Fi stereo audio installation requirements. -

FRONT PANEL OPERATIONS POWER Main switch. LED that indicates that the unit is switched on. INPUT LED This LED lights up when input signal is present. OUTPUT LED This LED lights up when output signal is sent to the attached speakers. CLIP LED This LED lights up when excessive signal is sent to the attached speakers. -

REAR PANEL OPERATIONS INPUT LEVEL CONTROL Using a small Phillips screwdriver you can adjust the input sensitivity: turning it counterclockwise you get a lower level and turning it clockwise you get a higher level. STANDBY SWITCH This switch allows to enable the STANDBY function. In AUTO STANDBY position (ON) the unit is turned off after no input signal is detected for more than one minute. -

b) Connection of a Unbalanced line to the INPUT: 11 LOUDSPEAKERS OUTPUTS This output allows the connection of constant impedance speakers (8Ω) or constant voltage speakers at (100V) on 5.08 mm pitch Euroblock connector. A Class 2 wiring is needed for fixed installation. This connector can accept 0.5÷2.5 mm / 20÷14 AWG size cables. -

All the loudspeakers must be equipped with a transformer having an input voltage equal to that • supplied by the amplifier. • The sum of the loudspeaker power must not exceed the maximum output power of the amplifier. 12 DC POWER 24V The apparatus can be powered by a 24 Volt backup power supply system thru 5.08 mm pitch Euroblock connector. -

L'amplificatore di potenza in classe D AUP240B è dotato di alimentazione switching, una tecnologia che offre un consumo energetico minimo e una efficienza fino all'85%. L'AUP240B ha una potenza di uscita nominale di 240 W e può essere utilizzato con un mixer o un preamplificatore per configurare un sistema di diffusione sonora. -

FUNZIONI DEL PANNELLO FRONTALE POWER Interruttore principale. LED che indica lo stato di accensione dell’apparato. INPUT LED Questo LED si accende quando è presente il segnale in ingresso. OUTPUT LED Questo LED si accende quando il segnale di uscita viene inviato agli altoparlanti collegati. CLIP LED Questo LED si accende quando viene inviato un segnale eccessivo agli altoparlanti collegati. -

FUNZIONI DEL PANNELLO POSTERIORE INPUT LEVEL CONTROL (controllo livello ingresso) Tramite un piccolo cacciavite Phillips è possibile regolare la sensibilità dell'ingresso: ruotando in senso antiorario si ottiene un livello inferiore, ruotando in senso orario si ottiene un livello superiore. STANDBY SWITCH (interruttore) Questo switch permette di abilitare la funzione STANDBY. -

c) Collegamento di una linea Sbilanciata all'INGRESSO: 11 LOUDSPEAKERS OUTPUTS (uscite altoparlanti) Il dispositivo consente il collegamento di altoparlanti ad impedenza costante (8Ω) o altoparlanti a tensione costante a (100V) su connettore Euroblock passo 5,08 mm. Per l'installazione fissa è necessario un cablaggio di Classe 2. Questo connettore può accettare cavi di dimensioni 0,5÷2,5 mm2 / 20÷14 AWG. -

11.2 Linea a tensione costante: Collegare la linea a tensione costante tra "-" e "+" dei terminali 100V. Tutti gli altoparlanti devono essere dotati di un trasformatore avente una tensione di ingresso • uguale a quella fornita dall'amplificatore. • La somma della potenza degli altoparlanti non deve superare la potenza di uscita massima dell'amplificatore. -
