Vision (Closed Captian). To display Caption Vision,
select either CC2, CC2, TEXT1, or TEXT2 from the
menu,
CC1 or CC2 shows you a caption, that is a pnnted
version of the dialog or sound effects of a program.
(The mode should be set to CC1 for most programs.)
TEXT1 or TEXT2 shows you text, that 1s unformation
presented using half to full of the screen. It 1s not

Operating | video
equipment —
You can operate Sony or non-Sony video equipment
that has an infrared remote sensor with the supplied
remote commander. For this operation, set the
manufacturer's code number.
Setting the manufacturer's code

While pressing CODE SET, press 0 ~ 9 to enter
the manufacturer's code number (see the chart
in the right column). For example, to operate a
Sony 8 mm VCR, press 0, 2 and ENTER.
