5.1 Initial Cleaning
Remove all accessories and removable shelf
supports from the oven.
Refer to "Care and cleaning" chapter.
Clean the oven and the accessories before
the first use.
Put the accessories and the removable shelf
supports back to their initial position.
5.2 Preheating
Preheat the empty oven to burn off the
remaining grease.
Preheat the two ovens. Heat up one oven at
a time.

6.1 Selecting an oven
1. Press
to turn on the oven.
2. Press
again and again until the display
shows the top / main oven indicator.
The top / main oven indicator shows which
cavity is selected.
6.2 Top oven functions
Oven function
Application
To bake on one shelf position
and to dry food.
True Fan Cooking
To bake pizza and other dishes
that require more heat from be‐
low.
Pizza Function
To prepare tender, succulent
roasts.
Slow Cooking
Set the functions listed below, if applicable.
1. Set the function
to 250ºC.
Let the appliance operate for 1 hour.
2. Set the function

Accessories can become hotter than usual.
