No audio signal output from SPDIF terminal (CN8001).
MAIN UNIT:
Is the audio signal output from IC U107 pin (AB4)
YES
Check the line between IC U107 and CN8001.
(ASPDIF0) sent to CN8001?
No
Check IC U107 and its peripheral circuits.
