    Introduction If baking bread and cakes has always been a mystery to you, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find how easily the Home Bakery can make you a great baker! The recipes outlined in this book have been carefully tested, but there are a few tips we’d like to pass on to you to insure success every time. The most important tip is to follow the directions in the recipes exactly.

    Bakery can also just prepare the dough, and when its’ ready, you can shape and bake in a conventional oven. The recipes on the following pages are unique to the Home Bakery by Zojirushi. Each one features ingredients that best complement a particular loaf of bread, and each was tested in our machines.
