Belt Driven Roller Presser.
Vertical Axis Hook with Metered Lubrication.
Hook Driving Gears and Feed Clutch which operate in an Oil Bath.
Needle Bar Stroke 1-7/16 inches.
Clearance under Roller Presser 5/16 inch.
Bed 16% inches long, 7 inches wide.
Post 6-5/8 inches high, 1-7/8 x 2 inches at top.

Machine 236W100 is a single needle, lock stitch, post bed machine, for stitching the edges
of shoes, sandals, slippers, etc.
It has an intermittent ball bearing feed wheel which is adjustable for wear.The feed wheel
operates in conjunction with the roller presser, both being driven by a
HORTON
type clutch.
The roller presser can be adjusted to drive at a different rate of speed than the feed wheel
to control the feeding of plies of material.
Machine 236W104 is the same as Machine 236W100 except that it has a Horizontal Under¬
trimmer suspended from the arm which is mechanically driven by a one to one gear drive.

Machine 236W105 is the same as Machine 236W100 except that it has a Horizontal Under¬
trimmer mechanically driven from the bed of the machine by a one to one eccentric dr.ve.The trim
mer speed is dependent upon the machine speed.
Machine 236W110 is the same as 236W100 except that it has an Oblique Underedge Trim¬
mer which is driven by an Independent Motor in the arm of the machine.
The Trimmer speed is
constant and independent of the machine speed.
The knife can be thrown into or out of action at
the will of the operator without stopping the machine.
The trimmer motor is furnished for alternating current.
Before connecting the motor to the
electric service line, be sure that the markings on the motor correspond to those on the serv.c
watt meter.
Machine 236W111
is the same as 236W100 except that it has a Horizontal Undertrimmer
which is driven by an Independent Motor in the bed of the machine.
The trimmer speed is con¬
stant and independent of the machine speed.
The knife can be thrown into or out of action at the
will of the operator without stopping the machine.
The trimmer motor is furnished for alternating current.
