On-Screen Displays
The on-screen status displays reveal the current status
of your Entertainment Machine
A
Channel/Time Display
Press ENTER on the remote control to view the
Channel/Time, and audio signal display.
B
Mute Displays
Press MUTE on the remote control to quiet the
sound (Soft Mute).
Press MUTE a second time to remove the sound
entirely (Mute).
Press MUTE a third time to restore the sound.
C
Surf (Channel Selection) Mode Displays
Press SURF on the remote control to turn on
Surf channel selection mode.
Press SURF again to return to normal channel
selection mode.
D
Volume Display
Press VOLUME LEFT or RIGHT on the remote
control, to view the sound status display.
E
Sleep Timer Display
Press TIMER on the remote control to view the
Sleep Timer Status Display. Press TIMER repeat-
edly to set the amount of time before the TV
automatically turns itself off.
F
Remove On-Screen Displays and Menus
Press QUIT to remove displays and return to TV
viewing, or wait a few moments and the dis-
plays will disappear from the screen.
