KNOW YOUR HAND MIXER

3. Chrome-plated dough hook

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Remove all packaging from the appliance.
2. Unpack all parts and check for damage that may have occurred during transport.
If any parts are damaged or missing, do not use the appliance and return it to your
retail outlet immediately.
3. Clean the appliance before first use (see 'CLEANING AND CARE').

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Assembling the beaters and dough hooks

1. Make sure the hand mixer is switched off and unplugged from the power supply.
2. Insert each beater (1) or dough hook (3) into the respective drive head. One of the
drive head holes is larger than the other one. The beaters (1) can fit into either hole.
The dough hook (3) fits in the larger hole, while the dough hook fits in the smaller
hole. Align the notches with the slots in the drive head holes, and then push the
beater (1) or dough hook (3) firmly until it locks into place.

3. Make sure you use either two beaters or two dough hooks at the same time.
