The FT-2FB FM Transceiver is a high quality VHF
POWER
REQUIREMENTS
power supply is used to provide 12 volts DC.
* Do not attempt to connect the power cord to a
power source with the power switch ON.
*Do not connect the microphone with the power
switch ON.
*Do
not connect
the antenna
with
the power
switch ОМ.
*Do not connect the power cord to the primary
power source until polarity and voltage are de-
termined.
*Do
not use
a mis-matched
antenna.
Maximum
efficiency
will
be
obtained
with
an
antenna
system having
a VSWR
of less than 1.5:1.0.
The antenna
should be tuned to achieve a low
VSWR.
*Do not key the transmitter unless an antenna or
a dummy load is connected to the antenna coax
connector.
