Playing back a rhythm pattern

Adding a pre-count (a count-in before the rhythm
plays)

With playback stopped, use the FILL 1 and FILL 2 buttons
to select the pre-count sound (the button lights up).

Turn the tempo knob while holding down the button for the
selected sound to set the number of beats for the pre-count.
You can set the pre-count to a value from 2 to 8 beats.

Adding a swing feel
You can change the rhythm's nuance by adding swing for a
syncopated, energetic feel.
