Problem
The programme does not start.
Steam programme does not start. The
steam water container indicator lights up.
After a steam programme, clothes are not
sufficiently smooth.
After a steam programme, there are wet
spots on clothes.
Even after several drying cycle the steam
water tank is empty.
The appliance door does not close.
The appliance stops during operation.
Possible solution
Check fuse in fuse box (domestic installa‐
tion).
Press Start/Pause.
Make sure that the appliance door is
closed.
Fill water container.
Clean the steam water filter
Note the composition of the fabric.
Set a higher steam level.
Load the machine with fewer clothes, or
only equivalent ones.
Remove clothes quickly one at a time
from the machine as soon as possible af‐
ter the start of the anticrease phase.
Hang clothes on clothes hangers, do up
buttons and tug clothes into shape.
Reshape multilayered clothes by ironing
after they come out of the machine.
Incorrect steam level selection. Set suita‐
ble steam level (see steam guide for ref‐
erence).
Clean the filter (see chapter
CLEANING ) before performing the steam
cycle.
Clean the steam water filter.
Make sure that the installation of the filter
is correct.
Make sure that the laundry is not caught
between the appliance door and the rub‐
ber seal.
Make sure that the water container is
empty. Press Start/Pause to start the pro‐
gramme again.
Load is too small, increase the load or
use the Time Drying programme.
