About the product

Important safety information

Read this important information carefully before using the product and retain for future reference. Included
accessories may vary by product.
Danger
This product is designed for household use only and should not be used outdoors, on surfaces other

than floors, or in commercial or industrial settings.
Do not touch the plug or any live part of the product with wet hands.

Do not vacuum any flammable substances or uncooled ashes.

Never immerse the product or adapter in water or any other liquid and do not rinse them under a

faucet.
Caution
Always check that the local mains voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the power

adapter before connecting the product to the mains.
Always inspect the product before use. Do not use if the product or adapter if damaged. Be sure to
-
always use parts of the original type to replace any damaged parts.
The adapter contains a transformer. Do not cut off the adapter and replace it with another plug as

this could have serious consequences
This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or

mental capabilities, or a lack of experience and knowledge in using the product, unless supervised
or instructed in the use of the product by a person responsible for their safety.
Keep an eye on children. This product is not intended as a toy.

The plug must be removed from the power outlet before cleaning or maintaining the product.

Unplug the adapter if not using the product for a period of time.

When storing the product for over a month (not in use or not charging), make sure that the battery

is at least 50% charged. Storing the product with a depleted battery may cause irreversible damage
to the battery.
Make sure to unplug the adapter when storing the product.

Do not allow the floor nozzle to run over the mains cord or cables of other products, as this could be

hazardous.
Do not swing the machine up or down, bang it into other objects, or lay it tilted or flat to avoid dirty

water flowing into the motor.
Do not use the product near a heat source (e.g. working fireplaces, heaters, radiators etc.).

Do not add any acidic or alkaline solutions or substances that are harmful to the environment in

order to prevent corrosion to the appliance.
Do not vacuum any hot substances (burning cigarette butts, matches or hot ash etc.), ultra-fine

substances (e.g. lime, cement, wood chips, gypsum powder, ash, carbon powder etc.), hazardous
substances (solvents, descalers etc.), chemicals (acidic substances, cleaners etc.) and other
substances with undetermined physical properties.
Do not vacuum detergents, kerosene, gasoline, alcohols, paints, fragrances etc. Such liquids could

cause a short circuit in the appliance, leading to fire or explosion.
Do not vacuum toner or toner powder used in laser printers or copiers. These substances could
-
cause a fire or explosion.
Do not vacuum sharp objects such as broken glass, small toys, pins, paper clips, stones, quartz, large
-
pieces of paper and other objects which could clog and damage the appliance.
Do not apply any fragrance products to the filters of this product, as the chemicals in such products
-
are known to be flammable and could cause a fire.
Do not use the product to clean severely greasy, viscous, or dying stains such as shoe polish, paints,
-
dyes etc., which are not within the scope of application of the product.
