Problem
The unit emits a full
water alarm before the
dirty water tank is full.
The LED screen shows
code FF:07.
The unit vibrates
violently.

10 Error code information

Error code Cause
FF: 01 Charger overvoltage.
FF: 02 Charger overcurrent.
FF: 03 NTC open/short circuit.
FF: 04 Internal wiring disconnection in the
battery pack.
FF: 05 The voltage of the rechargeable battery
is too low.
FF: 06 The voltage difference of the
rechargeable battery is too big.
FF: 07 The discharge temperature is high.
FF: 08 The charging temperature is high.
FF: 09 The charging temperature is low.
FF: 10 Overcurrent in the brush roller .
FF: 12 The dirty water tank is not installed.

Possible Cause
The filter is clogged.
The filter is too wet.

Solution
Clean the filter up.
Allow the filter to dry before use.
Allow the battery to cool off before
using the unit.
Please install it according to the
instructions on Page 10 of Installing
and removing the brush roller .
