Electrical installation

NOTICE
Emerson switches off central processing unit (CPU) boards before
shipping to preserve their batteries. Before installing the CPU board,
be sure to switch it on.

3.4.1 Connect power supply
WARNING
Electrical hazard
Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death to
personnel or cause damage to equipment.
Ensure that the 24 Vdc input power source is switched Off before
connecting the wires.
Ensure that the 24 Vdc power supply is safety extra low voltage
(SELV) compliant by suitable electrical separation from other
circuits.
