Use M+FX5ENET_MQTT_Subscribe (Sending of Subscribe command) for sending a SUBSCRIBE/UNSUBSCRIBE
command to the server (MQTT broker).

After the Subscribe is successfully sent, M26 (Send completion) turns on.
