ASSEMBLY ATTACH SPARK SHIELD AND EYE SHIELD Tighten the Eye Shield/Spark Shield Assembly grinder with M5 x 8 Spring Pad Flat Pad Combination Parts using a Philips screwdriver. See Figure 1. NOTE: Adjust eye shield to appropriate distance from tool rest avoiding interference when operation. -

ASSEMBLY TOOL STORAGE Your DELTA 23-206 (6 inch) or 23-207 (8 inch) Grinder has ® convenient on-board tool storage for the Wheel Dressing Tool provided. The tool holder is located on the rear of the grinder base. See Figure 3. -

OPERATION STARTING AND STOPPING Make sure that the ON/OFF switch is in the “OFF” position before plugging cord into outlet.
