Tractor steers hard.
A.
Steering linkage is loose. Check and tighten any loose connections.
B.
Improper tire inflation. Check and correct.
C.
Spindle bearings dry. Grease spindles. See Normal
Care - Lubrication section.
TROUBLESHOOTING (MOWER)

Mower will not raise.
A.
Lift arms or lift link not properly attached or damaged.
Attach or repair.
2.
Mower cut is uneven.
A.
Mower not leveled properly. See Mower Leveling.
B.
Tractor tires not inflated equally or properly.
See Normal Care section.
3.
Mower cut is rough looking.
A.
Engine speed too slow. Set for three-fourths to full speed.
B.
Ground speed too fast. Use transmission lever to control ground speed.
C.
Blades dull and require sharpening. See Normal Care section.
D.
Mower drive belt slipping. Belt oily or worn. Clean or replace
belt as necessary.
E.
Blades not properly fastened to arbors. See Normal Care section.
