DESIGN CHARACTERISTICS

Burner with low NOx and CO/O2 emissions in accordance with
European standard EN676
• Low NOx and internal recirculation combustion head with
stainless steel nozzle.
• Mounting flange to the sliding generator, to adapt the
protuberance of the head to various types of heating generators.
• Control panel complete with operation mimic panel and indicator
lights.
• Automatic burner command and control equipment with
microprocessor in compliance with European standard EN298
integrated with valve seal control.
• Display showing the operating sequence and error code in the
event of a lockout.
• Flame detection by means of ionisation electrode.
• Flame inspection glass.
• Three-phase electric motor to run fan.
• Main gas train in EC version consisting of an operating and
safety valve with electro-magnetic operation, valve seal control,
minimum and maximum pressure switch, pressure regulator
and gas filter.
• Intelligent connection between boiler and gas train (fail safe).

TECHNICAL FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Operation at two progressive stages / modulating.
• Ability to operate with output modulation by means of automatic
regulator mounted on the control panel (to be ordered separately
with the modulation kit).
• Fuel / combustion air flow rate regulation by means of two
servomotors controlled by the electronic equipment.
• 7-pole connectors for the auxiliary power supply and thermostat
connection, 4-pole connector for connecting the power
electronic regulator.
• High fan output, low electrical input, low noise.
• Modulation ratio ≥1:5.
• Hinge opening on both sides for easy access to the combustion
head when burner is installed.
• Air minimum and maximum flow rate regulation by means of
electric stepper servomotor with pause closure of damper to
prevent any heat dispersion to flue.
• Electrical system with protection rating IP40.
• Possibility of mounting the gas ramp in up or down position
compared to the head group.
