3.3.2. How to install connecting pipes

• For right rear piping work
(1) For right rear piping work, connect the pipe F to the pipe I and the pipe G
to the pipe H. (Fig. 3-7, Fig. 3-12)
(Flare nut tightening torque is 68 N·m to 82 N·m, 50 ft·lbs to 60 ft·lbs)
(2) Wrap the covers of the connection pipes, and secure them at band E.
(3) Attach insulation K so that it covers the cut parts of the connection pipes.
(Fig. 3-8)
(4) Loosen the nut on the L-shape piping side with two wrenches, and remove
and disposal the piping B.
(Water pipe In and Water pipe Out) (Fig. 3-9)
(5) Direct the L-shaped connector toward the exiting direction of the piping and
tighten it with two wrenches. (Fig. 3-10)
(6) Cover the joint with a pipe cover, and fix them with a band E. (Fig. 3-11)
(7) Attach insulation materials K to the cut parts of the pipe covers to insulate
them. (Fig. 3-12)
