WARRANTY

Duration: The guarantee is valid for 12 months. a
Effective date:
The shipment date from POLARs.r.l plant represents the effective date.
Coverage:
The guarantee obliges the manufacturer POLAR s.r.l. to repair or replace
all components subject to ascertained defects free of charge.
POLAR assistance service will be responsible for carrying out the repair or replacement
as soon as possible, compatibly with internal commitments and workload, without any
obligation of indemnity or compensation for direct or indirect damage.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Labor costs incurred by POLAR assistance service and costs for any travel or transport
- Consumables
- Damage to property or persons caused by misuse, tampering, incorrect installation,
modifications not approved by the manufacturer, inexperience or non-compliance
with the rules contained in the manuals.
The warranty is void if:
- The instructions contained in this manual have not been observed.
- The improper use or manipulation of the product has been ascertained.
- The battery charger has been used outside the parameters defined by product
specifications and its order.
In the case of any defects, contact your authorized dealer.
DISPOSAL
Send discarded packaging, products and accessories to environmentally
friendly recycling.
For EU countries only: Do not dispose of discarded products in household waste!
