14. INSTALLATIONS
Please refer to chapter 10 for implementation and responsibility.
14.1. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Check and ensure that the mains voltage matches the
voltage given on the specification plate.
N.B.:
- The electrical connections must satisfy local house
installation regulations.
- The valid, national, local regulations of the electricity-
supply inspection authorities responsible must be
observed.
- The corresponding arrangements must be made on-site
for the earthing connection and fuse protection for the
appliances. The appliance must be earthed.
- The appliance must be connected to a potential
equalization system with a minimum conductor cross-

When set up in block configuration, all appliances must
be interconnected as potential equalization.
- After the appliance has been assembled, the shock
protection of all live parts and insulated parts must be
checked.
- An isolating device working on all poles and with a
minimum contact opening of 3 mm must be provided on
site.
- If the appliance is connected by a flexible power cable,
use type H07 RN-F at least if the power cable has to be
exchanged.
- When faulty-current circuit breakers are used, ones for a
rated breaking current of 30 mA or more should be used.
To connect the appliance to the electric supply system, its
cover (40) must be removed by unscrewing 2 screws in
the rear. Afterwards, lift up the cover on the rear part and
push it forwards. Insert the electric cable (41) of the
appliance through the opening (42) and pull it to the plate
with the connection clamp (43). Set up the electric
connection according to the wiring diagram. Having set up
the connection, the cover (40) of the appliance must be
properly reinstalled.
14.2. POTABLE WATER CONNECTION
The appliance needs to be connected to potable water
with a flow pressure of at least 2,5 and max. 5 bar.
The water connection is located on the back side of the
appliance and can be fixed from above or below.
Before connecting the appliance, the water supplying
pipes and the fittings must be rinsed.
To keep lime deposits at a minimum, use partially
softened water. The water hardness must reach at least
5°fH.
Operating and installation instructions
The

On the appliance, the water supplying pipe must be fitted
out with a regulation valve, a fine filter (< 25 my), and a
check valve.
Generally, the national and local water regulations must
be observed.
The appliance must be connected to the mains of the
sanitation according to the valid installation plans and
diagrams.
