Please make absolutely sure that the lid (flap)
on the salt container is closed properly.
Soap suds must not get into the salt container.
Never put detergent into the salt container, as
the water softener would be damaged and a
guarantee claim could not be made against
this damage.
Only use granular salt

Before using the machine for the
first time pour approximately 1 fitre of
water into the salt container. This
helps to dissolve the salt more
quickly. Only use granular salt suitable
dishwashers.
To fill container with granular salt,
open container's lid; this is found on
the inner. left-hand side wall of the
dishwasher, between the upper and
the lower baskets.
