Viewing Images on a TV
The camera is compatible with the NTSC and PAL standards. The video output setting can be
checked and set in the custom 2 section of the setup menu. (Page 37)
1. Turn off the TV and the camera.
2. Insert the mini-plug end of the AV cable into the camera's video out terminal.
3. Plug the other end of AV cable into the video and audio input terminals on the TV. The yellow plug
is for video output. The white plug is for the audio output.
4. Turn on the TV.
5. Change the TV to the video channel.
6. Set the camera to the Playback mode
7. View images as described in the playback section.(Page 24)
The camera's LCD monitor will not activated when the camera is attached to a TV.
The audio output will also be heard through the camera's speaker when the camera is
attached to a TV.
