System rollbacks may remove your personal data. It is recommended that you backup your

personal data before rolling back your system.
Before rolling back your Phone system, ensure that your device has Internet access. System
l
rollbacks may consume a certain amount of data. It is recommended that you perform the
system rollback over a Wi-Fi network.
Ensure that your device has 30% or more battery power during rollback.
l
Using an unauthorized third-party app to rollback your Phone system may render your Phone
l
unusable, leak your personal information, and pose other security risks. It is recommended that
you use the available online version to perform the system rollback, or take yourPhone to an
authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
Avoid performing other operations on your Phone during the rollback process. Once the system
l
rollback is complete, your Phone will restart automatically.
Go to HiCare > Service > Quick services > More > Other > Update and rollback, touch Request
rollback and select the system version to roll back to, then apply for the system rollback. If the
application is successful, you can complete the system rollback in the following two ways:

Touch the System update button on the current screen to jump to the system update screen and
complete the system rollback.

Open Settings, then go to System > System update to complete the system rollback.
