The following program uses the
instruction to permit you to
key in a four-digit seed in any of three forms: nnnn, .nnnn, or nn.nn.
The seed is squared and the square truncated by the main part of the
program, and the resulting four-digit random numberis displayed in
the form of the original seed: nnnn, .nnnn, or nn.nn.
