• Battery pack is not charged. Excessive/Insuffi-
cient temperature. When the temperature of the
battery pack is between 0 °C and 50 °C, the
charging process begins automatically.
8.2
Warning display (3) flashes
• Battery pack is defective. Remove the battery
pack immediately from the charger.
• Short circuit between the charging contacts.
Check the contacts for foreign bodies.
9 Repairs
Repairs to the charger must only be carried out by
qualified electricians.
If the mains connection cable of this tool is
damaged, in order to prevent endangering
personnel and property it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, or the Customer Service of the
manufacturer, or a similarly qualified person.
Metabo chargers requiring repairs can be sent to
the address on the next to the last page. Please
enclose a description of the fault with the power
tool.

Metabo's packaging can be 100% recycled.
Worn out chargers and accessories contain
considerable amounts of valuable raw and plastic
materials, which can be recycled.
These instructions are printed on chlorine-free
bleached paper.
