Inverter Auto Cooking
These foods are tested and pre-timed (based on the power rating of this oven) for the quantity of food
listed in the chart below. Locale, power fluctuations and personal tastes are not taken into account.
Should you prefer your food cooked differently, use power and time method shown on page 7,
FOOD
Breakfast
1.Oatmeal
0.5, 1 cup

Place inside a microwave-safe serving bowl
with no cover. Follow manufacturers' direc¬
tions for preparation of quick meal.
2. Beverages

(250, 500 mL)
Use a microwave-safe coffee cup. Heated
liquids can erupt if not mixed with air. Do
not heat liquids in your microwave oven
without stirring before and after heating.

Pour soup into a microwave-safe serving bowl.
Cover loosely with lid or vented plastic wrap.

Break apart in glass bowl or colander
Cover with vented plastic wrap.
After 2 beeps, stir. Recover and press Start.
Juices should be clear. Drain.

Follow manufacturers' directions for covering
or removing covers. For best results, do not
use frozen foods packaged in foil tray.
9. Potatoes

Piece skin with fork 6 times on top. Place potatoes
on a microwave-safe dish. Do not cover.
Let stand 5 minutes to complete cooking.
10. Fresh
Vegetables

All pieces should be the same size. Add a small
amount of water and cover loosely with lid
or vented plastic wrap.

Follow manufacturers' directions. Do not salt
until after cooking. Not suitable for vegetables
in butter or sauce.

safe casserole dish. Cover loosely with lid
or vented plastic wrap. Let stand 5 to 10
