Jabra Elite 75t - Titanium Black
Why did the audio pause when I removed one of my earbuds?
There are two factors that cause the audio to pause when you remove
one of your earbuds.
Auto-pause audio*
If you remove one of the earbuds while you are listening to audio, the
audio will automatically pause. If you then replace the earbud in your
ear within 60 seconds, the audio will resume automatically. If you
replace the earbud in your ear after more than 60 seconds have
passed, press the Right button to resume the audio.
Near-Field Magnetic Induction (NFMI)
The earbuds use NFMI to connect with each other. When the earbuds
are connected, the maximum range between them is 20cm/8in. If you
remove one of your earbuds and the maximum range is exceeded, the
NFMI connection is broken and the earbuds will then lose connection
with each other.
If the NFMI connection is broken and auto-pause audio is turned on,
the smartphone will cease transmitting audio to the earbuds. The
audio will pause regardless of which earbud you have removed.
If the NFMI connection is broken and auto-pause audio is turned off,
the left earbud will lose connection with the right earbud. If you
have removed the left earbud, the audio will continue playing in the
right earbud. However, if you have removed the right earbud, you
will lose audio in the left earbud.
If both earbuds are turned on, bring them within range of each other to
automatically reconnect them and restore the NFMI connection.
