Problem
There is too much frost and
ice.
The compressor does not
start immediately after
pressing the "Shopping", or
after changing the tempera‐
ture.
Water flows inside the refrig‐
erator.
Water flows on the floor.
Temperature cannot be set.
The temperature in the ap‐
pliance is too low/too high.
Possible cause
Food products placed in
the appliance were too
warm.
The door is not closed cor‐
rectly.
The "Shopping function" is
switched on.
The door is not closed cor‐
rectly or the gasket is de‐
formed/dirty.
Appliance is fully loaded
and it is set to the lowest
temperature
Temperature set in the ap‐
pliance is too low and the
ambient temperature is
too high.
This is normal, no error
has occurred.
Food products prevent the
water to flow into the wa‐
ter collector.
The water outlet is clog‐
ged.
The melting water outlet is
not connected to the evap‐
orative tray above the
compressor.
The "Shopping function" is
switched on.
The temperature regulator
is not set correctly.
The door is not closed cor‐
rectly.
Solution
Allow food products to cool to
room temperature before stor‐
ing.

period of time.
