Step 19. Slide the left tractor toward the form so that the holes in the
form can be placed on the pins of the front tractor. Close the
left front tractor lid.

Step 20. Slide the right tractor toward the form so that the holes in the
form can be placed on the pins of the front tractor. Make sure the
form is level. Close the right front tractor lid.
